NOTICE 510 OF 2015

GENERAL NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE RESTITUTION OF LAND RIGHTS ACT, 1994
                (ACT No. 22 OF 1994)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 11(1) of the Restitution of Land Rights Act,
                1994 (Act No. 22 of 1994), as amended, that a claim for the restitution of land rights
                was submitted to the Office of the Regional Lard Claims Commissioner. Western and
                Northern Cape. The particulars regarding this claim are as follows:

Area                        .      Eden District Municipality, Bitou Local Municipality,
                                                   Western Cape

Property                           Portion 23 of farm no. 293 [in the Knysna
                                                   Registration Division]

Restitution claim lodged on 31ST December 1998 in
                                                   respect of "portion Longridge Farm the Crags near
                                                   Plettenberg Bay ". This claimed portion is 55.4965
                                                   hectares in extent.

Claimant                           The late Jacob Johannes Krigga lodged this claim.
                                                   [Mr Harry Krige currently represents the concerned
                                                   descendants of the late Michael Krigga in this
                                                   matter]

Extent                             55.4965 hectares

Claim reference number :           K507

The Commission on Restitution of Land Rights will investigate the claim in terms of
                provisions of the Act in due course. Any party who has an interest in the above -
                mentioned land is hereby invited to submit, within 60 days form the publication of this
                notice, any comments /information to:
