NOTICE 779 OF 2018

GENERAL NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE RESTITUTION OF LAND RIGHTS ACT, 1994 (ACT NO. 22 OF 1994)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 11 (1) of the Restitution of Land Rights Act, 1994 (Act No. 22 of 1994) that a claim for
           the restitution of land rights on the following properties have been lodged with the Regional Land Claims Commissioner: KwaZulu-
           Natal and that the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights will further investigate the claim in terms of provisions of the Act in
           due course:

Magisterial District      :     Durban Metro

Administrative District    :    KwaZulu-Natal

Claimant                  :     see attached schedule

Date claim lodged         :     see attached schedule

Reference number          :     see attached schedule

Any party/parties who have an interest in the above-mentioned properties is hereby invited to submit, within 30 days from the date
           of publication of this notice, any representations and/ or information which shall assist the Commissioner in proving or disproving
           this claim.

Should no information and/ or representations from the affected party/ parties be forthcoming within the stipulated period, the
           affected party/parties shall be ipso facto barred from further doing so and the Commission shall continue with the subsequent
           processes towards completion of the investigation.
