                                            RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                      APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005
                                      AMENDMENT SCHEMES 1453, 1491, 1715 AND 1828

It  is  hereby  notified  in  terms  of  Section  18(1)(v)  of  the  Rustenburg  Local  Municipality  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use
            Management By-Law, 2015, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use
            Management Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of the under mentioned properties from their present zonings to the new zonings,
            as indicated below, subject to certain conditions:

            Map  3  and  the  scheme  clauses  of  the  amendment  schemes  are  filed  with  the  Municipal  Manager,  Rustenburg  Local
            Municipality, Municipal Offices, Rustenburg and the Chief: Town and Regional Planner, Sub-Directorate: Spatial Planning and
            Land  Use  Management, Department  of  Local  Government  and  Human  Settlement,  Mmabatho  and  are  open  for  inspection
            during normal office hours. These amendments are known as Rustenburg Amendment Schemes 1453, 1491, 1715 and 1828
            and shall come into operation on the date of the publication hereof.

                    GOEDKEURING VAN WYSIGING VAN RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005
                                         WYSIGINGSKEMAS 1453, 1491, 1715 EN 1828
            Hierby word ooreenkomstig die bepalings van Artikel 18(1)(v) van die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit Ruimtelike Beplanning
            en Grondgebruikbestuur Verordening, 2015, bekend gemaak dat die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit goedgekeur het dat die
            Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, gewysig word deur die hersonering van die eiendomme hieronder genoem
            vanaf  hulle  huidige  sonerings  na  die  nuwe  sonerings  soos  hieronder  teenoor  die  eiendomme  aangetoon,  onderworpe  aan
            sekere voorwaardes:

            Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, Munisipale Kantore, Rustenburg en die Hoof: Stads-en Streekbeplanner, Sub-Direktoraat: Ruimtelike
            Beplanning  en  Grondgebruiksbestuur,  Department  Plaaslike  Regering  en  Menslike  Vestiging,  Mmabatho  vir  inspeksie  te
            normale kantoor ure.  Hierdie wysigings staan bekend as Rustenburg Wysigingskemas 1453, 1491, 1715 en 1828 en sal in
            werking tree op die datum van publikasie hiervan.
