                 NOTICE OF AN APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 18(1)(V) OF RUSTENBURG LOCAL
               MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2015. RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
            Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 18(1)(v) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land
            Use Management By-Law, 2015, that the Rustenburg Local, Municipality has approved the application for the amendment of the
            Rustenburg Land Use Scheme, 2005 by the rezoning of the under mentioned properties from its present zoning to the new zoning, as
            indicated below, subject to certain conditions:

             PLAASLIKE MUNISIPALITEIT RUIMTELIKE BEPLANNING EN GROND GEBRUIK BESTUUR VERORDENING, 2015. RUSTENBURG

            Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge die bepalings van artikel 18(1)(v) van die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit Ruimtelike Beplanning
            en grond gebruik bestuur verordening, 2015, dat die Rustenburg Plaaslike, Munisipaliteit goedgekeur het die aansoek vir die wysiging
            van die Rustenburg grond gebruik skema, 2005 deur die hersonering van die onderstaande eienskappe van sy huidige sonering na
            die nuwe sonering, soos aangetoon hieronder, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes:

               NOTICE  IN  TERMS  OF  SECTION  18(1)  OF  THE  RUSTENBURG  LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY  SPATIAL
               PLANNING  AND  LAND  USE  MANGEMENT  BY-LAW,  2015  FOR  A  CHANGE  OF  LAND  USE  RIGHTS
               KNOWN AS A REZONING
                                                AMENDMENT SCHEME 1867

We, Smit and Fisher Planning (Pty) Ltd, being the Applicant  of Erf 6693, Rustenburg Extension 26 Township
               hereby give notice in terms of Section 18(1)(d) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land
               Use Management By-Law, 2015 that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of land
               use rights also known as rezoning of the property described above, situated in Boitekong, from "Residential 1" to
               "Special" with Annexure 2180 for a Dwelling Unit and a Telecommunication Mast and Base Station.

Any objection or comments, with the grounds therefore and contact details, shall be lodged within a period of 30
               days from the first date on which the notice appeared, with or made in writing to: Municipality at: Director Planner:
               Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use  Management,  Mpheni  House,  Room  312,  corner  of  Beyers  NaudŠ  Drive  and
               Nelson Mandela Drive, P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300.

A person claiming to be an interested person in a land development application has the burden of establishing
               his  or  her  status  as  an  interested  person.  An  interested  person  has  to  provide  contact  details  in  order  to  be
               heard. Information has to be provided with regard to the grounds of an objection and how rights and interests are
               affected. If an interested party has not demonstrated an interest in all of the issues presented in a particular land
               development  application  or  an  appeal,  the  Municipal  Planning  Tribunal  or  appeal  authority  may  limit  the
               interested person's participation to only those issues in which an interest has been established. Full particulars
               and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the above mentioned office for a period of 30 days
               after the first publication of the advertisement in the Provincial Gazette.
