             NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 18(1) OF THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND
             USE MANGEMENT BY-LAW, 2015 FOR A CHANGE OF LAND USE RIGHTS KNOWN AS A REZONING AMENDMENT
             SCHEME 1488

We, Smit and Fisher Planning (Pty) Ltd, being the Applicant  of Portion 183 of the farm Rustenburg Town and Townlands No
             272, North West Province,    hereby give notice in terms of Section 18(1)(d)  of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial
             Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2015 that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of
             land use rights also known as rezoning of the property described above, situated at the Rustenburg Golf Club, Bethlehem
             Road from “Special” with an annexure for a Clubhouse and uses incidental thereto as well as dwelling units for employees of
             the clubhouse and the adjacent golf course to “Special” with Annexure 1794 for a Clubhouse and uses incidental thereto as
             well as dwelling units for employees of the clubhouse and the adjacent golf course and a telecommunication mast and base
             station

Any objection or comments, with the grounds therefore and contact details, shall be lodged within a period of 30 days from the
             first date on which the notice appeared, with or made in writing to: Municipality at: Director Planner: Spatial Planning and Land
             Use Management, Mpheni House, Room 312, corner of Beyers Naudè Drive and Nelson Mandela Drive, P.O. Box 16,
             Rustenburg, 0300

A person claiming to be an interested person in a land development application has the burden of establishing his or her status
             as an interested person. An interested person has to provide contact details in order to be heard. Information has to be
             provided with regard to the grounds of an objection and how rights and interests are affected. If an interested party has not
             demonstrated an interest in all of the issues presented in a particular land development application or an appeal, the Municipal
             Planning Tribunal or appeal authority may limit the interested person’s participation to only those issues in which an interest
             has been established. Full particulars and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the above mentioned office for
             a period of 30 days after the first publication of the advertisement in the Provincial Gazette.
