             NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 18(1) OF THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL
             PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2015 FOR A CHANGE OF LAND USE RIGHTS
             KNOWN AS A REZONING

RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1489

I, Hendrik Raven of the firm Raven Town Planners, being the Applicant (the authorised agent of the owner)
             of Portion 47 of the farm Wagenpadspruit 354 JQ, hereby give notice in terms of section 18(1) (d) of the
             Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2015, that I have applied
             to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also known as rezonig of the property
             described above, situated along the R24 between Magaliesburg and Rustenburg, from  “Agricultural"  to
             “Agricultural” including an institution subject to conditions as per Annexure 1795.

This application contains the following proposals:

(a)    Rezoning of Portion 47 of the Farm Wagenpadspruit 354-JQ to include  the  right  to  operate  a
                    institution for rehabilitation of drug and alcohol abusers, using mainly the existing structures and the
                    eight uncompleted cottages on the property;
             (b)    Portion 47 of the Farm Wagenpadspruit 354-JQ will be the subject of this application and all adjoining
                    property owners will be notified of this application by registered post; and
             (c)    the application entails the inclusion of an institution for the rehabilitation of drug and alcohol abusers

                    as a primary right, allowing a maximum coverage of 5,000m , a maximum floor area of 2,750m , a
                    maximum height of buildings of 2 storeys and a maximum of 75 beds for both staff and users in all
                    building.

Any objection or comments, with grounds therefore and contact details, shall be lodged within a period of 30
             days from 5 April 2016, with or made in writing to: Rustenburg Local Municipality at: Room 319, Missionary

Full particulars and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the above-mentioned offices, for a
             period of 30 days from 5 April 2016.
