PROCLAMATION 11 OF 2017
          
                NOTICE OF AN APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 18(1)(V)
                OF RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANGEMENT
                BY-LAW, 2015
                                          RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                                 RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1490, 1545 and 1647
                It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 18(1)(v) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality
                Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2015, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality
                has approved the application for the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use Scheme, 2005 being
                the  rezoning  of  the  under  mentioned  properties  from  its  present  zoning  to  the  new  zoning,  as
                indicated below, subject to certain further conditions:

                Land Use Scheme and the scheme clauses and Annexures of these amendment schemes are filed
                with the Municipality and are open for inspection during normal office hours.
                These  amendments  are  known as  Rustenburg  Amendment Scheme  1490, 1545 and 1647
                respectively and shall come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.
