                     SPATIAL  PLANNING  AND  LAND  USE  MANAGEMENT  BY-LAW,  2018  FOR  A  CHANGE  OF
                     Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018 that I have applied to the
                     LAND USE RIGHTS KNOWN AS A REZONING. RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 3079
                     Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also known as rezoning of Portion
                     I Jan-Nolte Ekkerd of The firm NE Town Planning CC, being the authorised agent of the owner of
                     130 of the Farm Buffelspoort 343 JQ, NW Province from “Agricultural” to “Special” for a Truck Stop
                     Portion 130 (a Ptn of Ptn 27) of the Farm Buffelspoort 343, Registration Division J.Q., North
                     and Truck Wash facility as defined in Annexure 3079 to the Scheme. The property is situated on
                     West  Province  hereby  give  notice  in  terms  of  Section 17(1)(d)  of  the  Rustenburg  Local
