                  NOTICE OF AN APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 18(1)(V) OF
            RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANGEMENT BY-LAW, 2015.

                                    RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 2009 AND 2030
            It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 17(1)(v) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning
            and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the applications for
            the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use Scheme, 2005 being the rezoning of the under mentioned properties
            from their present zonings to the new zonings, as indicated below, subject to certain further conditions:

Land  Use  Scheme  and  the  scheme  clauses  and  Annexures  of  these  amendment  schemes  are  filed  with  the
            Municipality and are open for inspection during normal office hours. These amendments are known as Rustenburg
            Amendment Scheme 2009 and 2030 respectively and shall come into operation on the date of publication of this

                DIE RUSTENBURG PLAASLIKE MUNISIPALITEIT RUIMTELIKE BEPLANNING EN GRONDGEBRUIK-

              Hiermee  word  kennis  gegee  in  terme  van  die  bepalings  van  Artikel  17(1)(v)  van  die  Rustenburg  Plaaslike

Munisipaliteit  Ruimtelike  Beplanning
                                            en  Grondgebruikbestuur  Verordening,  2018,  dat  die  Rustenburg  Plaaslike
            Munisipaliteit die die wysiging van die Rustenburg Grondgebruikbestuur Skema, 2005, goedgekeur het deur die
            hersonering van die eiendomme hieronder genoem vanaf hulle huidige sonering na die nuwe sonering soos hieronder
            teenoor die eiendom aangetoon, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes:

Grondgebruikskema en die skema klousules en Bylae van hierdie wysigingskemas is gestoor by die Munisipaliteit
            en  is  is  beskikbaar  vir  inspeksie  gedurende  normale  kantoorure.    Hierdie  wysigingskemas  staan  bekend  as
            Rustenburg Wysigingskema 2009 en 2030 onderskeidelik en sal in werking tree op die datum van publikasie van
