                It is hereby notified in terms of Section 17(1)(v) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
                         APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005
                By-Law, 2018, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use Management
                                          AMENDMENT SCHEMES 2109, 2115 AND 2117
                Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of the under mentioned properties from their present zonings to the new zonings, as indicated
                below, subject to certain conditions:
