                   SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2018 FOR A CHANGE OF LAND
                   USE  RIGHTS  KNOWN  AS  A  REZONING  AND  THE  REMOVAL  OF  RESTRICTIVE  TITLE

                   Remaining Extent of Erf 1511, Rustenburg Extension 3, Registration Division J.Q., North West Province
                   NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 17(1) and 17(2) OF THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                   hereby give notice in terms of Section 17(1)(d) and 17(2) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial
                   SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2018 FOR A CHANGE OF LAND
                   Planning  and  Land  Use  Management  By-Law,  2018  that  I  have  applied  to  the  Rustenburg  Local
                   USE  RIGHTS  KNOWN  AS  A  REZONING  AND  THE  REMOVAL  OF  RESTRICTIVE  TITLE
                   Municipality for a change of land use rights also known as rezoning and the lifting of Title Restrictions
                   CONDITIONS. RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 3053.
                   of the property described above, situated at 18 Alamein Street, Rustenburg from “Residential 1” to
                   I Jan-Nolte Ekkerd of the firm NE Town Planning CC, being the authorised agent of the owner of The
                   “Residential 2” with a density of  40 units per hectare as defined in Annexure 3053 to the Scheme.  This
                   Remaining Extent of Erf 1511, Rustenburg Extension 3, Registration Division J.Q., North West Province
                   application contains the following proposals: A) that the property will be used for more than one dwelling
