PROCLAMATION NOTICE 50 OF 2022

NOTICE OF AN APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 17(7)(G)(V) OF
                THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
                                                   BY-LAW, 2018

RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1908, 3049, 2150, 3035, 1323, 3050, 3055 AND 3081 It is
                 hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 17(7) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial
                Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved
                 the application for the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2021, being the
                  Rezoning of the under mentioned properties from its present zoning to the new zoning, as indicated
                                         below subject to certain further conditions:

Land Use Scheme and the Scheme clauses and Annexures of this amendment scheme are filed with the
                Municipality and are open for inspection during normal office hours.

This amendment is known as Rustenburg Amendment Scheme 1908, 3049, 2150, 3035, 1323, 3050, 3055
                and 3081 shall come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.
