NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 17(1) OF THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL
                     PLANNING  AND  LAND  USE  MANAGEMENT  BY-LAW,  2018  FOR  A  CHANGE  OF  LAND  USE
                     RIGHTS KNOWN AS A REZONING. RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 3116
                      NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 17(1) OF THE RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL
                     I Jan-Nolte Ekkerd of The firm NE Town Planning CC, being the authorised agent of the owner of The
                      PLANNING  AND  LAND  USE  MANAGEMENT  BY-LAW,  2018  FOR  A  CHANGE  OF  LAND  USE
                     Remaining Extent of Portion 96 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 97 of the Farm Kroondal
                      RIGHTS KNOWN AS A REZONING. RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 3116
                     304, Rustenburg, Registration Division J.Q., North West Province hereby give notice in terms of
                      I Jan-Nolte Ekkerd of The firm NE Town Planning CC, being the authorised agent of the owner of The
                     Section 17(1)(d) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-
                      Remaining Extent of Portion 96 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 97 of the Farm Kroondal
                     Law, 2018 that I have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also
                      304, Rustenburg, Registration Division J.Q., North West Province hereby give notice in terms of
                     known as rezoning of a portion of the properties as described above from “Agricultural” to “Mining” as
                      Section 17(1)(d) of the Rustenburg Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-
                     defined in Annexure 3116 to the Scheme. The properties are situated on an unnamed road, 4km east of
                      Law, 2018 that I have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for a change of land use rights also
                     the  R104  and  D1122  intersection  in  the  Kroondal  Area.  This  application  contains  the  following
                      known as rezoning of a portion of the properties as described above from “Agricultural” to “Mining” as
                     proposals:  A)  that  the  properties  subdivided,  rezoned  consolidated  and  used  for  mining-related
                      defined in Annexure 3116 to the Scheme. The properties are situated on an unnamed road, 4km east of
                     purposes.  B) The adjacent properties as well as others in the area, could possibly be affected by the
                      the  R104  and  D1122  intersection  in  the  Kroondal  Area.  This  application  contains  the  following
                     subdivision, rezoning and consolidation. C) The rezoning from “Agricultural” to "Mining" entails that new
                      proposals:  A)  that  the  properties  subdivided,  rezoned  consolidated  and  used  for  mining-related
                     buildings will be built and used for the purposes mentioned above, Portion A (17.5ha) of Portion 96 of
                      purposes.  B) The adjacent properties as well as others in the area, could possibly be affected by the
                     the  Farm  Kroondal  304  JQ,  will  be  consolidated  with  Portion  B(18.6ha)  of  Portion  97  of  the  Farm
                      subdivision, rezoning and consolidation. C) The rezoning from “Agricultural” to "Mining" entails that new
                     Kroondal 304 JQ. With the following development parameters: Max Height: As per local Authority,  Max
                      buildings will be built and used for the purposes mentioned above, Portion A (17.5ha) of Portion 96 of
                     Coverage: As per local Authority, and Max F.A.R: As per local Authority.  Any objection or comments,
                      the  Farm  Kroondal  304  JQ,  will  be  consolidated  with  Portion  B(18.6ha)  of  Portion  97  of  the  Farm
                     with the grounds therefore and contact details shall be lodged within a period of 28 days from the first
                      Kroondal 304 JQ. With the following development parameters: Max Height: As per local Authority,  Max
                     date on which the notice appeared, with or made in writing to Municipality at: Room 319, Missionary
                      Coverage: As per local Authority, and Max F.A.R: As per local Authority.  Any objection or comments,

                      with the grounds therefore and contact details shall be lodged within a period of 28 days from the first

                      Artikel  17(1)(d)  van  die  Rustenburg  Plaaslike  Munisipaliteit  Ruimtelike  Beplanning  en
                     boenoemde eiendomme vanaf “Landbou” na “Mynbou” soos omskryf in Bylae 3116 tot die Skema. Die
                      Grondgebruikbestuur Verordening, 2018 kennis dat ek by Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek
                     eiendom is geleë op ‘n onbenoemde pad, 4km oos van die R104 en D1122 kruising in die Kroondal
                      gedoen  het  vir  die  verandering  van  die  grondgebruikregte,  ook  bekend  as  die  hersonering  van  die
                     area. Hierdie aansoek behels A) dat die eiendomme onderverdeel, gekonsolideer en gebruik sal word
                      boenoemde eiendomme vanaf “Landbou” na “Mynbou” soos omskryf in Bylae 3116 tot die Skema. Die
                     vir mynbou verwante aktiwiteite.  B) Al die aangrensende eiendomme asook ander in die omgewing kan
                      eiendom is geleë op ‘n onbenoemde pad, 4km oos van die R104 en D1122 kruising in die Kroondal
