                 Management  By Law 2018,that  I have applied  to the Rustenburg Local  Municipality  for the amendment  of the Town

                 Planning Scheme known as the Rustenburg Land Use Scheme 2021 by way of Rezoning the property described above from
                 number 2020/653790/07  as  authorized  by the  property  owner of ERF 708/3  Rustenburg, Registration  Division  J.Q
                 Residential 1 to Residential 2, including Residential Building as defined in Annexure 3041 to the Scheme.
