                           SOUTH AFRICAN COUNCIL FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSION

Publication in terms of section 32(5) of the South African Council for the Architectural Profession Act
               No 44 of 2000 (“The Act”) of the finding and sanction imposed by the Disciplinary Tribunal held at  Park
                                                       th
               Inn  by  Radisson,10  Hemlock  Street,  on  04   February  2019,  into  alleged  improper  conduct  of  the
               registered person.

Nature of the offence

Guilty of contravention of Rule 1.1(1.1.2),and 4.1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for registered

persons promulgated under Board Notice 154 of 2009 Government Gazette No 32731 of 27 November
               2009 and section 18(2) of the Act.

Sanction:

•   Mr. Johannes Delport registration is suspended for a period of 3(Three) months   in terms of
                       section 32 (3) (a) (iii) of the Act.
