PROVINCIAL NOTICE 113 OF 2016
          
               Notice of the commencement of the Thaba Chweu Municipal Planning Tribunal

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 37(4) of the Spatial and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act
               16 of 2013) that the  Thaba  Chweu  Municipal Planning Tribunal  (TCMPT) hereby commences its
               operations. The TCMPT will serve all the towns which fall under the Thaba Chweu Local Municipality.

In terms of Regulation 3(1) (j) the following persons will serve on the Municipal Planning Tribunal for a
               period of five (5) years from the date of publication of this notice:
