                                      NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE EMALAHLENI
                                              MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 44(1)(b) of the Spatial Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013)
             and the Emalahleni Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that the Emalahleni Local Municipality
             appointed the following members in terms of Section 39 of the said By-Law, to serve on the Emalahleni Municipal Planning
             Tribunal for a period of five (5) years from 1 January 2022:
