Under section 2(1) of the Removal of Restrictions Act, 1967 (Act 84 of 1967) as amended, and on application by
                the owner of Erf 251 Mangold Park: Port Elizabeth, Conditions 6 (b), (c) and (d) in Deed of Transfer No.

T0000028571/2012 are hereby removed.

                The Camdeboo Local Municipality has in terms of section 24 (1) of Spatial Planning and Land Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)
                repealed the Zoning Scheme Regulations and Act 4 of 1984	
  insofar as they apply to the Camdeboo Local Municipal area and replaced them
                with the Integrated Zoning Scheme Regulations, which comes into effect on 01 July 2016. Copies of the Zoning Scheme Regulations can be
                obtained from the municipal website www.camdeboo.gov.za.
