                                           BUSH TELEGRAF NOTICE 05 OF 2017
                                Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality (EASTERN CAPE)

Land development approval in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act
                (16 of 2013) and NEMA (107 OF 1998).

Sherwood, Erf 3662, Caledon Street, P.E

Under section 30 of the SPLUMA (16 of 2013), approval and instruction  was given to Bush
                Telegraf  by  provincial  authority.  NEMA  (107  of  1998)  was  amended  in  2010  to  say
                telecommunication  structures  are  no  longer  listed  activities.  BushTelegraf  however  still
                prefers to give public notice of intention to install a broadband signal transmitter on a lamp
                pole on the above-mentioned site.

Municipalities  are  herewith  invited  to  make  comments on  the  installation. Contact
