                Removal of Restrictions in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)

ERF 4505, BEACON BAY (5 MULBERRY LANE, BEACON BAY)
              In terms of Section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013), read with
              Section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law of 2016
              and upon instructions of by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that condition/s C. 3. (a & b) found in Deed
              of Transfer No. T6363/2001, applicable to Erf 4505, Beacon Bay are hereby removed.
