Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, (Act 16 of 2013) and upon
               instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions/s B.4(a), (b), (c) and (d) in
                     Deed of Transfer No. T27778/1980 applicable to Erf 579, Westering is hereby removed.

               of Transfer No. T1791/2017, pertaining to Erf 12911, East London
