Removal of Restrictions in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act
                                                       16 of 2013)

ERF 1345: Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                  upon instructions by the Local Authority, a Notice is hereby given the condition/s C.7 in Deed of
                             Transfer No. T71870/2015 applicable to ERF 1345 is hereby removed.

Land development approval in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act
               (16 of 2013) and NEMA (107 OF 1998).

Amalinda, General Plan 5878/1967, Cnr Virginia & Etheridge Road, Eastern Cape

Under section 30 of the SPLUMA (16 of 2013), approval and instruction was given to Bush
               Telegraf  by provincial  authority.  NEMA (107  of 1998) was amended in  2010  to say
               telecommunication  structures  are no longer listed activities.  BushTelegraf  however still
               prefers to give public notice of intention to install a broadband signal transmitter on a water
               tank on the above-mentioned site.
               Municipalities are herewith  invited  to  make comments  on  the  installation.  Contact detail:
