Under Section 42 read with Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013
               (Act 16 of 2013) and upon instructions by the local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions
               B.6, 7, 8 and 9 in Deed of Transfer T10260/2014CTN, applicable to Erf 299 NEWTON PARK are hereby
               removed.

                  Elizabeth, are hereby removed.
