PROVINCIAL NOTICE 352 OF 2022

THE AMENDMENT OF  THE  PROVINCIAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK IN  TERMS OF
                     SECTION 15 (5) OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, ACT NO.16 OF 2013

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 15 (6)(a) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
                     Act, 2013(Act No. 16 of 2013), that The Eastern Cape Department of Cooperative Governance and
                     Traditional Affairs intends to amend the Provincial Spatial Development Framework (PSDF).
                     The amended PSDF document will go through public consultation and will subsequently be approved
                     by the Provincial Executive Council (EXCO). Once approved, a notice will be published in the Provincial
                     Gazette, website and print  media  to inform  the  public  of  the  amended  Eastern Cape  Spatial
                     Development Framework.

                    Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)

ERF 22050 EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE

Approval is granted under Section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
                    Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) read with Section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal
                    Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law of 2016, for the removal of restrictive
                    title deed conditions A.III.(3)(a-d), A.V(1-4), C.IV(a-g) and V.(b) found in Deed of Transfer
                    No. T5757/2002 pertaining to Erf 22050 East London.
