               upon	instructions	by	the	Local	Authority,	notice	is	hereby	given	that	conditions	C.	1.,	C.3.,	C.4.,	C.5.
               and	D.6.,	D.7.,	D.8.	and	D.9.	in	Deed	of	Transfer	No.T000049985/2017	applicable	to	Erf	3112
               Newton	Park	are	hereby	removed.
