               REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE TITLE DEED CONDITIONS: PHILLIP HEARN
               TRUST FOR ERF 4061, EAST LONDON :49 FRENCH STREET, CAMBRIDGE

In terms of section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No
               16 of 2013, read with section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal Spatial
               Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw of 2016, approval is hereby granted for
               the removal of restrictive title conditions C.(b, c & d) & D. (I) from Deed of Transfer
               T2151/2015  pertaining  to  Erf  4061  East  London  in  terms  of  Section  59  read  with
               chapter 6 of the Buffalo City Spatial Planning and Land Use Management by Law.

In terms of section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No 16
               of  2013,  read  with  section  59  of  the  Buffalo  City  Metropolitan  Municipal  Spatial
               Planning and Land Use Management By-Law of 2016, approval is hereby granted for
               the removal of restrictive title conditions C. and D(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) found in
               Deed of Transfer T4034/2009 pertaining to Erf 1344, Gonubie, East London in terms
               of section 59 read with chapter 6 of the Buffalo City Spatial Planning and Land Use
               Management By-Law.
