                 Removal of Restrictions in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use
                 Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)

ERF 35 SUNRIDGE PARK, PORT ELIZABETH, EASTERN CAPE

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act
                 16 of 2013) and upon instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given
                 that Title Deed conditions B3 (i) it shall not be sub-divided, (ii) it shall be used only
                 for the purpose of erecting thereon one dwelling, together with such outbuildings as

are ordinarily required to be used therewith and (iii) not more than 40% of the area

thereof shall built upon, in Deed of Transfer No. T2320/1986 applicable to Erf 35 are
                 hereby removed.
