               Removal	of	Restrictions	in	terms	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16
               of	2013)	and	the	Buffalo	City	Metropolitan	Municipality	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management
               By-Law	(2016).

ERF	7857,	EAST	LONDON	(10	RISSLING	STREET,	VINCENT).
               Under	Section	47(1)	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16	of	2013)
               read	 with	 Section	 59	 of	 the	 Buffalo	 City	 Metropolitan	 Municipal	 Spatial	 Planning	 &	 Land	 Use
               Management	Bylaw	of	2016	and	upon	instructions	of	the	Local	Authority	a	notice	is	hereby	given
               that	conditions	B	(b),	(c)	and	(d)	found	in	Deed	of	Transfer	No.	T1323/2016,	pertaining	to	Erf	7857
               East	London	is	hereby	removed.
