Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality (EASTERN CAPE)

Land development approval in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act
               (16 of 2013) and NEMA (107 OF 1998).

Gillwell, General Plan 1201/1857 (SASSA House)

Under section 30 of the SPLUMA (16 of 2013), approval and instruction was given to Bush
               Telegraf  by  provincial  authority.  NEMA  (107  of  1998)  was  amended  in  2010  to  say
               telecommunication  structures  are  no  longer  listed  activities.  BushTelegraf  however  still
               prefers to give public notice of intention to install a broadband signal transmitter on the
               rooftop of the above-mentioned site.

Municipalities  are  herewith  invited  to  make  comments on  the  installation. Contact
