Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality (EASTERN CAPE)
               Land development approval in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act
               (16 of 2013) and NEMA (107 OF 1998).

Gompo, Erf 24385, Cnr Dipenaar & Dunoon Road, Eastern Cape
                NEMA (107 of 1998) was amended in 2010 to say telecommunication structures are no longer
               listed activities. BushTelegraf however still prefers to give public notice of intention to install
               a broadband signal transmitter on a reservoir on the above-mentioned site.

Municipalities  are  herewith  invited  to  make  comments on  the  installation. Contact

                        hereby	 given	 that	 conditions	 B(3)(a),	 (b),	 (c),	 (d)	 in	 Deed	 of	 Transfer	 No.

T15280/2013	applicable	to	Erf	672	MOUNT	ROAD,	are	hereby	removed.

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)
             and upon instructions by the Local Authority, notice is hereby given that conditions B.3(b). B.3(c)
             and B.3(d) in Deed of Transfer No T29709/2008 applicable  to  Erf  33,  Crockarts  Hope  are
             hereby removed.
