INGQUZA HILL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY AND PORT ST JOHNS LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

The Municipal Council of Ingquza Hill Local Municipality resolved at its meeting held on 31 March
              2015, and Port St Johns Municipality resolved at its meeting held on 15 May 2015 to establish a

Joint Municipal Planning Tribunal as contemplated in Sections 34(1) and 35(1) of Spatial Planning
              and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013).
