Land development approval in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act
               (16 of 2013) and NEMA (107 OF 1998).

Lorraine Manor, Public Park, Cnr Sodan & Verdun Road, P.E

Under section 30 of the SPLUMA (16 of 2013), approval and instruction was given to Bush
               Telegraf  by provincial  authority.  NEMA (107  of 1998) was amended in  2010  to say
               telecommunication  structures are no longer listed activities.  BushTelegraf however  still
               prefers to give public notice of intention to install a broadband signal transmitter on a lamp
               pole on the above-mentioned site.

Municipalities are herewith invited to make comments on the installation. Contact detail:

Under  the  NEMA  Act  (107  of 1998)  which  was  amended  in  2010,  telecommunication
               structures are no longer listed activities. BushTelegraf however still prefers to give public
               notice of the installation. As part of this installation, a broadband signal transmitter will be
               placed on a lamp pole on the above-mentioned site.
