                                              MADIBENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

ADOPTION OF MUNICIPAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 20(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use
               Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and Section 9(9) of the Madibeng Spatial Planning and Land
               Use  Management  By-laws  of  2017  that  the  Municipal  Council  of  Madibeng  Local  Municipality  has
               approved/adopted the Madibeng Local Municipality Spatial Development Framework 2018. The approval
               took place during the Council meeting of 26 May 2017, Resolution number A.0133.

The Spatial Development Framework is a strategic document setting out objectives reflecting the desired
               spatial form of the municipality, as well as identifying strategies and policies through which to achieve
               such objectives.

Madibeng Spatial Development Framework 2018 shall come into operation on the date of publication of
               this notice.
