                                          RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

NOTICE ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT AND COMMENCMENT OF THE RUSTENBURG
                 MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL IN TERMS OF SECTION 37(4) OF THE SPATIAL
                 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 16 OF 2013.

The Municipal Manager of the Rustenburg Local Municipality hereby, in terms of Section 37(4)
                 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 gives notice that, the
                 Rustenburg Municipal Planning Tribunal has been established and is to commence It's duties.

The following members are declared as members of the Rustenburg Municipal Planning
                Tribunal for a period of 5 years, as approved by Council under its resolution no 99 dated 29
                March 2016:

Mr T Molwantwa;
                       Ms L Sefike;
                       Acting Director: Technical & Infrastructure;
                       Ms P Malatsi ;
                       Mr L Malotsane
                       Mr T.A. Majang ;
                       Ms Z Nkosi and
                       Mr J.M Nysschen
