MORETELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

NOTICE ON MORETELE MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 37(4) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
            Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013) that Moretele Local Municipality hereby declare that Moretele Municipal
            Planning Tribunal will commence with its operations as per Council Resolution No.  11070108-07-
            2020 (dated 31 July 2020).

In terms of Regulation 3(1)(j) of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Regulations 2015, the
            following persons will serve on Moretele Municipal Planning Tribunal (MMPT) for a period of three (3)
            years effective from date of publication of this notice:

The participation of municipal employees serving on the  Moretele Municipal Planning Tribunal will
            cease upon termination of their employment for whatever reason.
