                   NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 93(1)(a) OF THE SPATIAL
                   PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW OF GREATER GIYANI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, 2017

The  Greater  Giyani  Local  Municipality, hereby gives  notice in terms of Spatial Planning and  Land Use
                Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013), read together Sections 93(1)(a) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use
                Management  By-law  of  Greater  Giyani  Local  Municipality,  2017  that  a  township  establishment  application
                referred to in the Annexure attached hereto, has been received by it. Particulars of the application will lie for
                inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Main Road BA 59, Giyani Civic
                Centre, Opposite Old Khensani Hospital, Giyani, 0826 for a period of 30 days from the first day of publication
                of this notice (Friday, 23 March 2018) until Saturday, 21 April 2018). Any objections/representations must be
                lodged  with  or  made  in  writing  to  the  Municipal  Manager,  at  the  above-mentioned  address or posted to
                Private Bag X9559, GIYANI, 0826, within a period of 30 days from 23 March 2018 (no later than 21 April 2018).
