Removal of restrictive Title Deed conditions for:

ERF 18434, EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE.

In terms of Section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, No. 16 of
                2013, read with Section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal Spatial Planning and
                Land Use Management By-law of 2016, notice is hereby given that conditions 3(a) and (d) of
                Deed of Transfer No. T578/2015, applicable to Erf 18434 East London, are hereby removed.

Removal of Restrictions in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013 (Act 16
               of 2013) and the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality Spatial Planning and Land use Management
               By-Law (2016).

PORTION 31 OF THE FARM NO. 807, EAST LONDON.

Under Section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)
               read with Section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal Spatial Planning & Land Use
               Management By-Law of 2016 and upon instructions of the Local Authority a notice is hereby given
               that condition B found in Deed of Transfer No. T3267/2006, pertaining to Portion 31 of Farm 807
               East London is hereby removed.
