ADOPTION NOTICE:  JEFFREYS BAY CBD LOCAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT  FRAMEWORK
                2021(PRECINCT PLAN):

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 20(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use
                Management Act, Act 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA), read with Section 11(2) of The Spatial
                Planning and Land Use Management By-laws:  Kouga  Local  Municipality,  that  the
                Kouga Municipality at its Council meeting held on 30 September 2021, has adopted
                the  Jeffreys Bay Central Business District Local Spatial Development Framework
                (Precinct Plan) 2021, by way of a resolution No: 21/09/PD13

The LSDF is effective from date of publication of this notice.  The approved SDF can
                be downloaded on the Kouga Municipal Website (www.kouga.gov.za).
