REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
                                                  ACT, 2013 (16 OF 2013)

ERF 178 MILL PARK, IN THE NELSON MANDELA BAY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, DIVISION OF
                                      PORT ELIZABETH, PROVINCE OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                upon instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions 2 (b), (c), (d), (g)
                and  3.1,  3.2  in  Deed  of  Transfer  Number  T9961/2020  applicable  to  Erf  178  Mill  Park  are  hereby
                removed.

                upon instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions C. (a), (b), (c) and
                (d) in Deed of Transfer Number T6965/2021 applicable to Erf 468 Mount Road are hereby removed.
