                      Removal of Restrictions in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013 (Act 16
                      of 2013).

ERF 235 NEWTON PARK, PORT ELIZABETH, EASTERN CAPE.

Under section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)and
                      upon instructions of the Local Authority a notice is hereby given that conditions C1, C3, C4, C6, C7,
                      C8, C9 and C10 in Deed of Transfer No T54990/2006 and any subsequent Deed  applicable to Erf 235
                      Newton Park are hereby removed.
