PROVINCIAL NOTICE 144 OF 2021
                 NOTICE ON AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH A PLANNING TRIBUNAL BY THE DISTRICT,
                 ENTERED BETWEEN SRVM, BCRM AND SBDM

Sarah Baartman District Municipality
                                                              Blue Crane Route Local Municipality

Sundays River Valley Local Municipality

It is hereby notified In terms of Section 34(3) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use

Management Act, 2013 (Act of 2013), the Sundays River Valley Municipality and the
                 Blue  Crane  Route  Municipality  have  entered  into  an  agreement  with  the  Sarah

Baartman  District  Municipality,  for  the  District  to  establish  a  Municipal  Planning
                 Tribunal  to  receive  and  dispose  of  land  development  applications  and  land  use

applications on behalf of the two local Municipalities.
                 The agreements are available for inspection at the local planning office of the two

respective municipalities.
