LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 526 OF 2022
                                           MOGALAKWENA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

Ii  is  hereby  notified  in  terms  of  the  provisions  of  Section  of  the  Spatial  Planning  and  land  Use
                Management By-Law of Mogalakwena Local Municipality read together with Section 35 (2) (a) of the
                Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of 2013) that the Mogalakwena Municipality
                has approved the Township Establishment application on Portion of the Farm Vlegekraal 783-LR for
                the purpose of a Filling Station and a Shopping Complex.
                Map  3  and  the  Scheme  Clauses  of  the  Township  are  filled  with  the  Municipal  Manager  of  the
                Mogalakwena Municipality and are open for inspection during normal office hours

This approval shall come to operation on the date of publication of this notice.

Hiermee  word  ingevolge  die  bepalings  van  Artikel  van  die  Wet  op  Ruimtelike  Beplanning  en
                Grondgebruikbestuur By wet van Mogalakwena Munisipaliteit saamgelees met Artikel  35(2)(a) van
                die  van  die  Wet  op  Ruimtelike  Beplanning  en  Grondgebruikbestuur  (  Wet  16  van  2013),  bekend
                gemaak dat die Mogalakwena Munisipaliteit, het die Dorpsstigting aansoek op gedeelte van die plaas
                Vlegekraal 783-LR  vir die doel van ‘n Vulstasie en ‘n Winkelkompleks goedgekeur.

Kaart 3 en die skemaklousules van hierdie Dorpsstigting word deur dieMunisipale Bestuurder van die
                Mogalakwena Munisipaliteit, in bewaring gebou en le gedurende gewone kantoorure ter insae.

Hiedie goedkeuring tree op die datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing in werking.
