                  MUNICIPALITY

Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Planning Tribunal on 28 October 2021,
                  approved the removal of title  conditions B.6; B.6(a); B.6(b); B.6(c) & B.6(d)
                  applicable to Erf 100, Oyster Bay as contained in Title Deed No. T51163/2005, in
                  terms of Section 69 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law,
                  2016: Kouga Municipality.
