SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW,  2016:  KOUGA
                  MUNICIPALITY

Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Planning Tribunal on 28 October 2021,
                  approved the removal of title conditions B. (vi)(b) & B. (vi)(b)(i) applicable to Erf
                  562 Jeffrey’s Bay as contained in Title Deed No. T11245/2019, in terms of Section 69
                  of  the  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use  Management  By-Law, 2016: Kouga
                  Municipality.
