SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE  MANAGEMENT BY-LAW,  2016:  KOUGA
                  MUNICIPALITY

Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Planning Tribunal on 28 October 2021,
                  approved the removal of title condition B.1 applicable to Erf 706, Pellsrus, Jeffreys
                  Bay as contained in Title Deed No.  T 62866/2014, in terms of Section 69 of the
                  Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016: Kouga Municipality.
