REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS

In terms of section 93 of the Ngqushwa Municipal SPLUMA By-Laws (2016) read with sections 69(2) & 76(1a) of
           the subject by-laws in line with the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Spatial Planning & Land Use Management Act
           16 of 2013 and upon instruction from the abovementioned municipality, notice is hereby given, that following an
           application by the owner of Erf 357 Mgwalana, restrictive conditions B (3) (4) (i &  ii) on Title Deed No.
           T004350/2004 pertaining to  Erf 357 Mgwalana are hereby removed and permanent departure for building line
