STEVE TSHWETE AMENDEMENT SCHEMES
                                             NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 62 of the Steve Tshwete Spatial Planning
                and Land Use Management By-laws, 2016, that the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality,
                has approved the amendment of the Steve Tshwete Town Planning Scheme, 2004 by
                the rezoning of:

                Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg.
