NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
            56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                      RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 1195
            Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 69 (a portion
            of Portion 15) of the farm Boschoek No. 103-JQ, Portion 123( a portion of Portion 105) of the farm Boschoek No. 103-
            JQ and a portion of Portion 104 of the farm Boschoek No. 103-JQ (to be referred to as Portion 151 (a portion of Portion
            104) of the farm Boschoek No. 103-JQ), hereby gives notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and
            Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for the
            amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 by the
            rezoning of the properties described above, situated adjacent to Provincial Road P115-1 (R565), approximately 10km
            North of Phokeng, from "High Potential / Unique Agricultural", to "Business 1".
            Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director Planning and
            Human Settlement, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, corner of Beyers Naude- and Nelson Mandela Drive,
            Rustenburg for the period of 28 days from 16 September 2014.
            Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal
            Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within a period of 28 days from 16 September
            2014

             Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Gedeelte
            69 ('n gedeelte van Gedeelte 15) van die plaas Boschoek No. 103-JQ, Gedeelte 123 ('n gedeelte van Gedeelte 105)
            van die plaas Boschoek No. 103-JQ en 'n gedeelte van Gedeelte 104 van die plaas Boschoek No. 103-JQ (bekend to
            staan as Gedeelte 151('n gedeelte van Gedeelte 104) van die pleas Boschoek No. 103-JQ), gee hiermee ingevolge
            Artike156(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), kennis dat
            ons by die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Dorpsbeplanningskema
             bekend as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 deur die hersonering van die eiendomme hierbo
             beskryf, gelee aanliggend tot Provinsiale Pad P115 - 1 (R565), ongeveer 10km Noord van Phokeng, vanaf -Hoe
             Potensiaal / Unieke Landbou" na "Besigheid 1".
             Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur
             Beplanning en Menslike Vestiging, Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House, hoek van Beyers Naude- en Nelson
            Mandelarylaan, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 16 September 2014.
             Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 16 September 2014.
            skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig
            word.
