NOTICE 431 OF 2014

APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWNSHIP

The Tlokwe Local Municipality, hereby gives notice in terms of Section 96, read together with Section 69, of
             the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that an application for Township
             Establishment for the township referred to in the Annexure hereto, has been received by it.
             Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal
             Manager, Room 210, 2nd floor, Dan Tloome Complex, corner of Sol Plaatjie Avenue and Wolmarans Street,
             Potchefstroom, for a period of 28 days from 16 September 2014.
             Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing and in
             duplicate to the Municipal Manager, Potchefstroom City Council, at the abovementioned address or at P.O.
             Box 113, Potchefstroom, 2520 within a period of 28 days from 16 September 2014.
