OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE

POTCHEFSTROOM TOWN PLANNING SCHEME 1980 IN
                            TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING
                             AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF
                                                         1986)

POTCHEFSTROOM AMENDMENT SCHEME 2056

I, J.J. Botha of H & W Town Planners CC [Reg Nr. 2006/148547/23], being the

authorized agent of the owner of Portion 2 of Erf 173, Potchefstroom, Registration
                 Division 10, hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning
                 and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the Tlokwe City Council for
                 the amendment of the town planning scheme known as the Potchefstroom Town
                 Planning Scheme, 1980, as amended, by the rezoning of the above mentioned
                 property situated at 10 Goetz Street, from "Residential 1" with a density of one (1)
                 dwelling per 1 000m' to "Business 4" with annexure 1617 in order to provide for a
                 refreshment room and a street building line of 3 metres.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the
                 office of the Municipal Manager, Tlokwe City Council Offices, Wolmarans Street,

Potchefstroom, for a period of 28 days from 16 September 2014.

Objection to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or
                 made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or posted to him at
                 P.O. Box 113, Potchefstroom, 2520, within a period of 28 days from 16 September
                 2014.
